GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PRODUCTS SALE
General conditions of sale for digital & non digital products

L’infirmière Coach de santé, (the seller), (e-mail: contact@infirmierecoachdesante.com)
And
The natural or legal person purchasing digital products (the buyer), the following has been stated and agreed:
1. Purpose and general provisions
1.1 These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to all sales of digital products made on the store infirmierecoachdesante.com and are an integral part of the contract between the buyer and the seller.
1.2 L’infirmière Coach De Santé reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, by publishing a new version on its website. The T&Cs applicable then are those in force on the date of payment of the order.
1.3 The customer declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of the said General Term and Conditions befor placing an order. Placing an order on the site constitutes full and complete acceptance, without reservation, of these General Terms and Conditions.
1.4 The customer must check the box ”I have read and accept the General Conditions of Sale (CGV)” before making payment.
1.5 Any sale will be automatically governed by these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Characteristics of products in our Shop
2.1 L’infirmière coach de santé Store sells documents as well as learning and health education materials in the form of cards, bookmarks, e-books, etc. All in digital (downloadable/printable) and ready printed format. 2.2 At the end of his order for downloadable product, the customer will receive a file in ZIP format containing the said documents in PDF format.
3. Sales prices
3.1 Our prices are indicated in Canadian Dollars, excluding taxes.
3.2 Taxes (GST: 5% and TVQ: 9.9750%) are applicable to our products and will be added to the price of the product purchased.
3.3 L’infirmière Coach De Santé reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order.
4. Product availability time
4.1 Purchased products are available for downloadas soon as payment is confirmed.
5. Orders
5.1 To place an order, choose your items and add them to the cart. Validate the contents of your basket.
– If you already have a customer account on our site, please identify yourself.
– If you do not have a customer account on our site, you may be asked to create one when placing your order.
– Check the ”acceptance of the general Terms and Conditions” box.
– Validate your payment.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order to the e-mail address you provided when creating your customer account.
5.2 By placing an oyder on our site, you agree to purchase the product you have selected in accordance with thes General Conditions of sale.
5.3 L’infirmière Coach De Santé reserves the right not to accept a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever , and more particularly in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.
5.4 L’infirmière Coach De Santé reserves the right to cancel any order presenting wording , printing or calculation errors.
6. Validation and confirmation of orders
6.1 Any order placed on our site assumes adherence to these General Conditions. Confirmation of your order implies your complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale. You aknowledge having full knowledge of it.
6.2 All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.
6.3 The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
7. Delivery of orders
7.1 The digital products sold on the Infirmière Coach de Santé site are only available for download.
7.2 Deliverable products are shipped vis Canada post, generally two to five days after being purchased. Accelerate delivery is possible. Contact us if this is the option you wish.
8. Payment terms and incidents
8.1 Validation of the order implies for the customer to pay the price indicate.
8.2 Payment for your purchases is made by credit card immediatly at the time of purchase via secure STRIPE, Woo payment, Google pay or PAYPAL systems, according to your choice.
8.3 The card is debited at the time of purchase.
8.4 Your credit card data is subject to confidentiality process of a payment system used. We do not store your banking data.
These payment platforms are PCI level 1 certified, the highest level of security, meaning that they protect bank data against theft and any fraudulent use.
8.5 Any payment blocked by the secure payment system usedm will result in the order being cancelled.
8.6 L’Infirmière Coach De Santé reserves the right to cancel an order if the payment due is not completed withing 48 hours of the order.
8.7 Full payment for the order is required once the basket has been validated
9. Right of withdrawal
9.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply on digital or non digital products.
10. Reimbursement
10.1 No refund is possible for a product already dowloaded.
10.2 L’Infirmière Coach De Santé can nevertheless issue a refund if the purchase for a downloadable item, was made in double by the customer.
11. Complaints and after-sales service
11.1 To contact after-sales service and for all complaints, an e-mail must be sent to contact@infirmierecoachdesante.com
11.2 If the problem cannot be resolved via e-mail or telephone, we will offer you other options.
12. Intellectual property
12.1 Alle creations, texts, images, illustrations, videos, cartoons, audios, montages and compositions on our site, are the exclusive property of L’Infirmière Coach De Santé.
12.2 Without prior consent of L’Infirmière Coach De Santé, no one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use our products or creations, even partially. This applies to digital, non digital, visual as well as audio products.
12.3 The products, even after being purchased, remain the intellectual property of L’Infirmière Coach de Santé.
13. Conditions and terms of use of products
13.1 Our digital products are only intended for the following uses:
- Strictly private (personal) use.
- Use in class by teacher for his students.
- Use by a healthcare professional for patient education.
13.2 L’Infirmière Coach De Santé allows personal use but does not allow the modification of downloaded files. It is not permitted to copy and paste our texts and illustrations, to publish them in your name or to share them on the internet.
13.3 Non digital products and other items are available for sale and resale in stores. Contact us for more information.
14. Limitation of liability
14.1 L’Infirmière Coach De Santé is responsable towards its clients in the event of breach of the concluded contract.
14.2 L’Infirmière Coach De Santé cannot be held responsible in the following situations:
- Case of ”force majeur” or situations that are not under our control.
- Events beyond our control that cannot be attributed to us.
15. Confidentiality
15.1 L’Infirmière Coach de Santé considers client confidentiality of the utmost importance. In general, the information collected from our patients and clients is confidential. Name, address, and email are only obtained with your consent. No information can therefore be disclosed to anyone without your consent.
15.2 In addition, according to their code of ethic, l’Infirmière Coach De Santé has an obligation of confidentiality towards their clients and patients, which includes the information collected and disclosed by the patient. According to legal and ethical responsibility, a nurse must maintain the confidentiality of client information obtained during care and services.
15.3 We do not sell or disclose our client’s information to third parties.
15.4 By allowing L’Infirmière Coach De Santé to collect your information you allow us to personnalize your experience with us so that we can provide you with high quality service. Also, this information allows the processing of orders and the edition of invoices.
15.5 By submitting their information, the client agrees to receive emails from L’infirmière Coach De Santé.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
16.1 These General Conditions of sale are governed by the law of Quebec (Canada).
16.2 In the event of a dispute, the applicable law is the law of Quebec (CANADA). De Santé.
