In the context of adopting healthy lifestyles and preventing chronic diseases, it helps you achieve your health goals by using communication, respect, partnership, and collaboration. The health coach nurse emphasizes the client’s motivation to act on modifiable factors. We provide guidance, motivation, counseling, and support.

The health coaching process
is done in 3 steps

Health coaching is a recommended partnership for a minimum of 3 months (1 meeting every 2 weeks). You must send us your online health questionnaire at least 24 hours before the initial meeting.


Problem identification, needs assessment, goals clarification, highlighting strengths and weaknesses related to the health goal to achieve is the done as a preparation. Then, we set-up a personalized and realistic action plan, which client starts to implement.


Progress evaluation and corrections are done if necessary as well as motivation to keep your goal in sight.
You receive documentation and tools to support you throughout your journey and strengthen your knowledge.


Assessment, reassessment of the situation and reinforcement of goal done with close monitoring. One hour meeting each time, and two follow-ups via phone, skype or zoom.


The personalized health coaching offered by the health coach nurse combines several integrative medicine approaches. Considering your health condition, your medication, your type of metabolism and several other parameters, it establishes an action plan with realistic goals and regular follow-ups to achieve your health goal and maintain it on a long-term basis. When adopting a healthy lifestyle, our health coaching, adapted to the client’s reality, helps to maintain motivation, and contributes to reduce risks of developing type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, stroke, some cancers and more. We also note positive effects on blood sugar, triglycerides, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
